Q: My computer / laptop / netbook /notebook is completely dead – is there any way to get my photos / emails back from it?
A: Probably, yes. If your computer has died you would be very unlucky if the hard drive failed at the same time. In the vast majority of cases we can get all of your data back
Q: My internet is running slow – can you do anything about it?
A: Yes we can. First we need to check to see whether the problem is being caused by some fault or problem inside your premises. Then we can set about fixing it.
Q: My hard drive is making a clicking noise – is this bad?
A: If you have any data on there you should back it up immediately. If you are concerned give us a call and will back it all up for you. Stop using it immediately as it is about to fail.
Q: My laptop screen is cracked – can you fix this?
A: We can replace all laptop screens. Give us a call or drop us an email with the make and model of your laptop and we will get a price for you.
Q: My laptop screen looks like it has leaked oil – is this fixable?
A: See above – you need a new screen and we can replace it for you.
Q: My laptop is dead – can this be fixed?
A: Yes it can be fixed. We won’t know without checking it over what the problem is, but give us a call and we can let you know.
Q: I can send but not receive emails – can you sort this out?
A: Yes we can. Give us a call to book in an appointment, normally the same day.
Q: I am receiving emails but cannot send any. Is this something you can do?

Q: My email is not working at all / I’ve forgotten my password.
A: See above.
Q: I’ve just bought a new computer / laptop with Windows 8 and I don’t know where to start. Can you help?
A: We provide training on most aspects of computing. We can show you how to use it and also make it look a little less daunting.
Q: I’ve called an IT support company in the past and they charged me but couldn’t fix the problem.
A: We offer a no fix no fee service. Don’t worry though – we always fix it
Q: Do you charge a call out fee
A: No we do not. We charge a minimum of 1 hour then by the quarter hour, so if we are only there for an hour and a half you only pay for an hour and a half.
Q: Can I upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7?
A: Tell us the make and model of your computer and we will let you know.

A: We always rectify problems as soon as possible. Whilst most problems are fixed within an hour we cannot promise this as every one is different.
